As one of the most exciting live acts on the festival circuit today, we welcome Bellowhead to the headline slot on Friday night.
Over the last couple of years the 11 piece, who play more than 25 instruments between them (from Helicon to frying pan) have brought their fusion of English folk, world, jazz, funk, rock and music-hall to a wider audience through their appearances on Later…with Jools Holland and the hit album Hedonism. In amongst the, almost non-stop, live performances they’ve even found time to re-record Barwick Green, the well-known theme tune to The Archers for the soap’s spin off Ambridge Extra…now there’s real fame!!
