Mila Falls features the phenomenal talent that is Cayte Webber. Showcasing her talents as a singer, songwriter and producer, Mila Falls is about to become one of the hottest names of 2011. Her début album, co-written with heavyweight songwriter Tim Goodacre (“The Voice of America, Holland2011”, Boys II Men, Wes Carr – Australian Pop Idol Winner) and produced by Chad Beats (Rihanna, Eminem, 50 Cent) encapsulates a devastatingly wide range of emotions, from full-on pop stompers to tales of love lost and found.
As a writer, Cayte’s already enjoyed huge success, collaborating with Tim Baxter (Britney Spears), Charlie Holmes (The Saturdays) and with Jono Buchanan (remixes for Whitney Houston, LeAnn Rimes, Shania Twain). With the latter, she’s had original songs sync’d to US movies (Bring It On- Fight To The Finish) and performed in front of a worldwide television and radio audience at 2010’s World Cup kick-off concert in South Africa.
The Mila Falls Electric Live show incorporates the musical skill of drummer Chris Morris (Marina and the Diamonds), guitarist Marius Ptasz (also a self-released techno producer), and keyboardist Aaron Gonzalez whose dance talents saw him through to the finals of So You Think You Can Dance Like Michael Jackson. Originally from Norwich, now based in London, Mila Falls is currently backed by a management team which has contributed to the successes of La Roux, Laura Marling, Plan B and Vampire Weekend. What’s clear is that Cayte’s future is in the right hands.
